OUR STORY
THE HEART OF R3SOURCE
The founding of R3source is a story of faith, timing, and God’s greater plan. It began in 2010 when John Dachroeden, at just 20, was given his first supervisor role at ATI by mentor Josh Brakke. In 2012, Josh was asked to return to the Philippines and chose John to join him. For nine months, John prepared, but God had other plans. An old mentor offered John a chance to build a team in Orange County, and he left ATN.

In 2017, everything aligned. An apartment opened three doors down from Josh in a building that had been full for years. The owner, living in Colorado, agreed to work with John. He moved to the Philippines within 60 days. The day John arrived, Josh learned ATI was shutting down, making his entire team available to John’s new venture, TitanPrep.
TitanPrep quickly took on processing work from John’s former employer, helping them navigate FTC troubles. This grew into managing 25,000 active client files, laying the foundation for exponential growth. Over time, other struggling companies turned to TitanPrep, and John, Josh, and Josh’s wife Sandae built a thriving business.
John’s time in the Philippines taught him the value of its talent pool and the importance of a people-centered business. He recalls a typhoon hitting, yet his team showed up, determined to keep things running. That resilience reinforced his belief in investing in the right people.
John’s personal experiences drive R3source’s mission. He knows the demands of running a business—long hours, never enough time, struggling to be present with family. R3source exists to give entrepreneurs freedom to focus on growth, vision, and well-being.
